Much better

Updating back to five stars as the app has mostly always been glitch free and exactly what we were looking for. The customer service is top notch. From the fourth dimension that I first let them know there was a problem to when a fix rolled out was about a week (information technology takes a minute to get things through the App Store. I go it). Initial communication with customer service was decent. They answered right abroad in the chat, merely weren't sure if what they were talking about. The communication with the escalation team was superb. They jumped in request all of the pertinent questions and paying attention to what I was telling them. Add more than channels and allow people to lookout shows that accept previously aired

This app is so good considering it has a lot of channels and shows that I love to picket simply it's defective in some means. For example you should be able to watch show that have previously aired just in example y'all missed an episode or want to watch a movie, I don't know why philo allows a certain amount of channels to let you scout previously aired shows or movies, plus information technology dosent even tell yous when you are allowed to sentinel information technology when it airs on live television. And another concern I had was that there is no Cartoon Network channel on philo. Why? Y'all guys have add ons for starz and epix just why no Cartoon Network or start? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. And the last thing I wanted to add is why practise some channels not have all the seasons? For case jersey shore merely has flavor 3 and 4, and black ink coiffure only has flavour 8 and nine, dosen't really make sense. But overall I like the app and all the proficient shows it had simply it needs a lot of improvements. I'm not gonna pay $25 a calendar month just for a couple of channels when half of them you deceit even watch what previously aired, some of the seasons are non fifty-fifty bachelor and some channels that near people relish aren't even at that place… i'd rather simply stick to sling unless philo changes their game.

I take been a Philo subscriber in the by and thought the service was okay but canceled due to the price (really not a good value considering the channels) and the advertising. I know you say that y'all run fewer ads than other live services, but I'd like to see a side by side comparison. In looking at the channel line up, there is a lot of duplication, with Sundance Boob tube, TV Land and one or two others airing the same situation comedies and old drama series over and over. The just manner to get a decent movie channel is to buy add-ons, which increases the price, and the service loses its affordability. You have some boosted "free" channels that you include in the monthly price, just information technology's basically filler to increase the channel count and things that no i has heard of. There is such a thing as quality over quantity instead of heed-numbing junk. Information technology'south not the same for everyone, just I would be paying $25 a month to watch about 5 channels. I don't understand why y'all demand my phone number; I think you are the simply provider who uses that at sign up.
